Recommended Book List

 1. The Ethical Slut

This book is usually the first one suggested by many, although I will post other ones I find to be far more relevant and useful. This book in particular breaks down the ideas and implanted thoughts society, religion and our parents/family have given us about promiscuity and sexual relations.

2.  More Than Two : A Practical Guide to Ethical Polyamory

This book is great at helping you break down/understand/overcome the jealousy aspect that comes with opening up a relationship/marriage or just starting polyamory. It can help you have a new view on all of your relationships, not just romantic ones!

"This book is fantastic, and has the potential to be revolutionary. I have been waiting for a book that I could confidently tell people contains the collective wisdom of the poly community. This is that book." — Wes Fenza, Living Within Reason

3. Polysecure: Attachment, Trauma and Consensual Non-Monogamy

This book discusses how emotional experiences can influence our relationships. It also covers all types of attachment styles, and addresses how we can go further into healing all of our relationships; by knowing our attachment styles.

"Polysecure provides a roadmap for people who want to establish emotionally intimate and securely attached relationships with multiple partners. One of the most important insights is that secure attachment is a product of relationship experiences, rather than relationship structures." —Dr. Elisabeth Sheff, author of The Polyamorists Next DoorStories from the PolyculeWhen Someone You Love is Polyamorous, and Children in Polyamorous Families

4. Conflict Resolution Playbook

That Is So Taboo!  Hello everyone, and welcome to the blog!  In this blog I will cover/post: A summary of each episode I make, and the major points. A variety of subtopics, that I am unable to cover in the 2 hours of audio I produce once a month.   Interviews and anecdotes from other individuals that have experience in the topic I am covering. Lists of books, movies, and other things pertaining to the days topic. (This will include links to said products so you don't have to go searching!) I am so happy you are here!  This is a judgement-free zone, and I will enforce that strongly! About me: I am a foul-mouthed, polyamorus, non-binary lesbian, musician, podcast host, metalhead, feminist, and very spiritual person.  I go to a Lutheran church, but I do not claim to be a Christian. I am agnostic, and I like to experience and learn things for myself and then apply it to my spiritual beliefs as I go. Something about me, I am always growing and learning...
