This book is usually the first one suggested by many, although I will post other ones I find to be far more relevant and useful. This book in particular breaks down the ideas and implanted thoughts society, religion and our parents/family have given us about promiscuity and sexual relations.

This book is great at helping you break down/understand/overcome the jealousy aspect that comes with opening up a relationship/marriage or just starting polyamory. It can help you have a new view on all of your relationships, not just romantic ones!
